    Sreenidhi Educational Group gets Ashish Mittal as G-CHRO

    Ashish Mittal has rejoined Sreenidhi Educational Group as its group-chief human resources officer. In this new role, Mittal will lead the Group’s transformation journey and align his expertise with the Group’s vision for excellence in education, sports and social impact.

    Mittal’s association with Sreenidhi Group goes back to the year 2020. He first joined the Group as its group-CHRO.

    With his extensive experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organisational transformation, Mittal is set to lead the Group’s initiatives across its diverse entities, including Sreenidhi University Hyderabad (SUH), Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology (SNIST), and Sreenidhi International School (SIS).

    Mittal has worked across many industries such as CSR, IT, ITeS & Education. His expertise lies in talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, HR business partnering, change management and organisation development (OD) , employee engagement, employer branding, diversity & inclusion.

    Prior to this, Mittal was associated with Flame University as its director-HR. He joined the University in the year 2024. With a vast experience across industries, he has held leadership roles in prestigious organisations such as The Akshaya Patra Foundation, Infosys, Manipal International University (Malaysia), Pearson and Shiv Nadar University.

    Beyond his professional life, he is a seasoned adventurer. Mittal is a skydiver, cyclist, marathoner, scuba diver, and badminton player who has backpacked across 25+ countries. He also served as a senior under officer in the NCC, representing Karnataka and Goa at the Republic Day Camp in 1996.

    With his people-focused approach and visionary leadership, Mittal is poised to drive transformative growth and excellence across the Sreenidhi Group’s diverse entities.

    An alumnus of Southern New Hampshire University, Mittal also holds an HR certification from IIM Bengaluru.
