    Yogesh Singhania elevated to director-global HR services, Lenovo

    Singhania’s association with Lenovo goes back ten years when he joined as HR analytics and metrics consultant, in 2015

    Yogesh Singhania has been elevated to the position of director, global HR services, Lenovo. Earlier, he was senior manager-global HR services. Singhania’s association with Lenovo is a decade old. He joined Lenovo way back in 2015, as HR analytics and metrics consultant. Two years into this role, he was elevated to HR analytics manager. By January 2020, he became global people analytics head. Over four and a half years later, he rose to the position of senior manager-global HR services. He has been successfully spearheading global HR services, managing end-to-end operations while ensuring compliance and data privacy. As the Global HR Services leader, he has been driving the delivery of end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience across all regions.
    An alumnus of  Vellore Institute of Technology as well as XLRI Jamshedpur, Yogesh Singhania began his professional journey with IBM Global Services, as SAP-ABAP developer, in 2010. In April of 2012, he interned with Infosys for three months before joining as senior associate lead-HR analytics and workforce planning, in 2013. Two years later, in 2015, he moved to Lenovo.
    Singhania is passionate about leveraging data and technology to unlock the full potential of human capital and create high-performing, future-ready organisations.
