Rupane Sharma, who was vice president HR and head CoE-talent acquisition at Axis Max Life Insurance since 2023, has now moved to Affle, the global technology company enabling AI-led solutions in mobile advertising. At Affle, he will play vice president-human resources.
An alumnus of IMI Delhi, Rupane Sharma began his professional journey as an assistant manager-talent acquisition, at Infosys BPM, in August of 2010. Less than two and a half years into this role, he was elevated to manager-talent acquisition. Another promotion two years later, made him senior manager, talent acquisition. After four years and nine months with Infosys, Sharma joined Bharti Airtel in April of 2015.
He began as senior manager for two years. April of 2017 saw him promoted to deputy general manager. From October 2018 to May 2021 he remained in this role till he was elevated to general manager in June of 2021.
In 2022, Luminous Power Technologies roped him in for the role of general manager-HR| head-talent acquisition and employer branding.
It was in April of 2023 that he joined Axis Max Life Insurance as vice president HR and head CoE-talent acquisition.
Now, in his latest role at Affle, the consumer intelligence-driven mobile marketing platform, Rupane Sharma will lead all key areas of HR, partnering with leadership to strengthen the people strategy, build high-performing teams, and enable a culture of growth and innovation.
