    Nageshwar takes on GCHRO role at Casagrand Builder

    Casagrand Builder has recently appointed Nageshwar PB as group chief human resources officer (GCHRO).

    Nageshwar brings over two decades of work experience to the table. This alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur began his career as a travel ticket examiner with South Central Railway, in 1994. Working in the public sector at a young age was not just challenging but a memorable learning experience for him. After almost six years, he joined XLRI to complete a PGPMIR in human resources and then joined Dr Reddy’s Laboratories in 2003, as deputy manager-HR.

    In 2005, Nageshwar moved to Jones Lang LaSalle, as head-human resources for over five years.

    December of 2010 saw him joining Oberoi Realty as head-human resources, based out of Mumbai. Just over four years later came a stint with Deloitte, as director-talent function, which lasted for over four years.

    From November 2020 to October 2022, Nageshwar served Puravankara as group chief human resources officer, based out of Bengaluru. It was in February of 2023 that he join Runwal as group chief human resources officer, working out of Mumbai.

    Nageshwar’s expertise lies in innovative staffing, HR strategy, leadership & coaching, talent management, employee retention and engagement, organisation design, policies and procedures, as well as compensation and benefits. He calls himself a perpetual learner .

    Known to be a confident, focused and passionate HR professional, Nageshwar is sure to be an asset to Casagrand Builder, a real-estate enterprise. HRKatha wishes this exceptionally gifted people manager all the best in his latest assignment.
