    Vikas Neb is Casio India’s head of HR

    Neb has moved from Sojitz, where he worked for over seven years

    Vikas Neb has joined Casio India as head of human resources. He has moved from Sojitz, where he worked for over seven years, starting December 2017.

    An XLRI Jamshedpur alumnus, Neb completed a PGDBM in human resources from Apeejay School in 2004.

    Backed by two decades of experience, Vikas Neb began his professional journey as a senior human resources officer with Reliance Energy, in 2005.

    In February of 2007,he moved to Doosan, as assistant manager for a tenure that lasted over three years.

    In 2010, he joined Toshiba as assistant manager-human resources. Within two years he was elevated to deputy manager –HR. His tenure at Toshiba lasted five years after which he moved to Dalmia Bharat Group.

    After successfully serving as senior manager at Dalmia from 2015 to 2017, Vikas Neb moved to Sojitz in 2018. There he played senior manager initially before becoming assistant general manager.

    Neb is known to be a committed HR professional who demonstrates deep domain knowledge, strong application abilities and a larger view of how organisational dynamics work.

    His profesionalism and work ethics are sure to be an asset to Casio India.
