Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai has successfully concluded final placements for its flagship Human Resource Management & Labour Relations (HRM & LR) programme for the 2024–26 batch in February 2026. The process reflected strong recruiter confidence and impressive compensation outcomes.

The highest package offered was Rs 66 lakh per annum. The average CTC for the top 10 per cent stood at Rs 49.75 lakh, while the top 25 per cent averaged Rs 40.84 lakh. The overall mean CTC was Rs 28.69 lakh, with a median of Rs 28 lakh. Out of 65 students, 51 (78 per cent) secured offers above Rs 20 lakh, and 20 students (30.77 per cent) received pre-placement offers (PPOs).

A total of 34 companies participated, with Aditya Birla Group rolling out the highest number of offers, followed by Deloitte, Accenture Strategy & Consulting, Citi, ITC, and Reliance Industries. Eleven firms, including BlackRock, CRED, Egon Zehnder, Titan, and Addverb, recruited from campus for the first time.

Meanwhile, AON, EY People Advisory Services, HUL, and Trident returned after a hiatus.
Consulting emerged as the most popular domain, followed by BFSI/NBFC, conglomerates, FMCG/FMCD, manufacturing, and IT/ITES. Of the 65 students, 17 were women, and 58 offers were made in the HR domain.

The placement results underline TISS Mumbai’s continued reputation as a leading institution for HR talent, with strong demand across industries and robust compensation benchmarks.
