After heading human resources at Clearship Group for over four years, Swati Ranade has joined Jeena & Company as group chief human resources officer (GCHRO). She will be tasked with bridging business and people strategy at the technology-driven supply chain solutions firm.

An alumna of the Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies, Ranade began her professional journey as an assistant manager at Exel India, in November of 2000.
Over five years later, she moved to Quinnox Consultancy Services as manager-HCM. From 2006 to 2009, she handled the entire chain of HR activities from the entry to exit, covering onboarding, deployment, employee engagement, training and development.

She was associated with DSV Air and Sea as general manager-human resources from June of 2009 to July of 2015. There too she successfully handled the entire gamut of HR with focus on employee development.

Jeena and Company roped Ranade in for the role of country head-HR in 2015. Over a year and a half into this role she was elevated to consultant-human resources in April of 2017.

Her next stop was Linfox where she played national manager-human resources, based out of Mumbai.

Freightwalla appointed her head of human resources in August of 2021. From April of 2022 till recently she was with Clearship Group heading human resources.

She is now back with Jeena for a second stint.

Given her passion for empowering talent and enhancing the HR function, HRKatha is confident that Swati Ranade will be an asset to Jeena & Company.

    All the best, Swati!
