ValueLabs has appointed Ipsita Mohanty as senior vice president – HR, effective July 2026. In her expanded role, Mohanty will lead HR initiatives, strengthen the company’s people strategy, and drive talent and organisational development to support business growth.

Mohanty brings over 14 years of experience in human resources, with deep expertise in HR strategy, business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development. Her elevation reflects ValueLabs’ focus on nurturing internal leadership to align people’s priorities with business objectives.

Mohanty’s career graph highlights a steady progression within ValueLabs and across leading organisations. She began her journey as a senior associate – HRBP & corporate training at Synechron from August 2012 to January 2014. She then joined ValueLabs as manager – HR strategy and HR business partner from April 2014 to February 2017.

After a two-year stint as an assistant manager – human resources at Deloitte from February 2017 to January 2019, Mohanty returned to ValueLabs in January 2019 as associate director – HR. She was promoted to assistant vice president – human resources in April 2019 and to vice president – HR in April 2021, a role she held until June 2026.

Across these roles, Mohanty has been instrumental in shaping HR strategy and fostering a culture of engagement and development at ValueLabs. Her internal progression from manager to SVP over seven years and eight months underscores her strong understanding of the organisation’s evolving people priorities.

With this appointment, ValueLabs aims to further strengthen its HR leadership as it scales operations in the technology sector.

HRKatha wishes Ipsita Mohanty all the best for her new role!
