Infinite Locus has appointed Vimal Kishor as director – talent acquisition, marking a key addition to its leadership team.
In his new role, Vimal will lead talent acquisition at Infinite Locus, driving hiring strategy, leadership recruitment and workforce planning. The move is seen as a significant milestone in his career spanning talent acquisition, leadership hiring, workforce strategy and HR leadership.
Before joining Infinite Locus, Vimal served as Head of HR at BiUP.ai, where he led end-to-end hiring across product, engineering, AI/ML, 3D, Design, GTM and leadership functions. During his tenure, he built scalable recruitment frameworks and employer branding initiatives for a fast-growing AI and immersive technology startup environment, managing hiring across SaaS, Automotive Tech, AI and Enterprise Sales.
Earlier, he held senior talent acquisition roles at Monster India, Magicbricks and Naukri.com, gaining deep expertise in engineering hiring, executive recruitment, key account management and strategic talent acquisition.
Vimal’s career spans over 18 years. He started as IT recruiter + business developer at Proval Technologies from April 2007 to September 2008. He then worked as AM Recruitments at PSC Consulting from September 2008 to July 2009, and as a team leader – IT Recruitments from July 2009 to May 2012.
He was account manager – leadership hiring from May 2012 to April 2013, team lead – board search at GlobalHunt from April 2013 to December 2013, and manager (leadership hiring) – NaukriPremium from December 2013 to October 2014.
He served as a key accounts manager (leadership hiring) from October 2014 to March 2017, senior manager (leadership hiring) at Naukri.com from April 2017 to September 2019, talent acquisition manager at Magicbricks from September 2019 to February 2021, senior manager talent acquisition at Monster India from February 2021 to July 2024, and head of HR at BiUP.ai from July 2024 to August 2026, before joining Infinite Locus in August 2026.
