To foster wellbeing, engagement and creativity, Model N has been allowing its employees a dedicated week off every year. The cloud revenue-management solutions company celebrated its fourth consecutive Employee Wellness Week this year. The strategic initiative has successfully enhanced the overall wellbeing and productivity of its global workforce.

Gunjandeep Kaur, HR Business Partner, Model N, feels, “By integrating wellness holidays into our benefits programme, Model N has fostered a healthier, more engaged and productive workforce.”

This annual Wellness Week has become a big highlight of employee experience, with employees looking forward to it every each year.

The dedicated week off for all global employees encourages Model N’ers to relax, rest, pursue a passion, spend time with loved ones and do whatever it is that makes them happy outside of work.

The benefits of Wellness Week extend beyond employee satisfaction. Healthier employees are more productive and engaged. After a week off, Model N employees return to work rejuvenated and ready to tackle complex challenges.

Prioritising employee wellbeing reduces sick days and long-term health issues, allowing employees to focus on their personal lives and health.

Rested and rejuvenated employees are more focused, efficient, creative and innovative, leading to better business solutions.

Promoting a balance between professional and personal life results in higher job satisfaction and employee retention.

Investing in employee wellness delivers a positive return on investment through increased productivity, reduced absenteeism and a stronger overall employee experience.

Model N’s commitment to wellness reflects its broader mission to create a supportive and thriving workplace for its employees.

The company offers revenue optimisation and compliance solutions for pharmaceutical, MedTech and high-tech innovators.
