    Tata Workers’ Union organises farewell function for retirees

    A farewell function was held on 11 December, 2024, at the Tata Workers’ Union premises to honour 20 retired employees of Tata Steel. The retirees were celebrated for their long and dedicated service to both Tata Steel and the union.

    During the ceremony, the retirees were presented with bouquets and gifts as a token of appreciation. Their contributions to Tata Steel and the union were recognised, and they were thanked for their years of dedication.

    The gathering wished the retirees a peaceful and fulfilling retirement, acknowledging their vital role in the legacy of Tata Steel and the union.

    The event was attended by key union leaders, including Sanjeev Kumar Choudhary (president), Shailesh Kumar Singh (deputy president), Sanjeev Tiwary and Sanjay Singh (vice presidents), Rajiv Kumar Choudhary (vice president), Nitesh Raj and Shyam Babu (assistant secretaries), and Amod Kumar Dubey (treasurer & accountant).
