Jindal Stainless, the Indian stainless-steel manufacturer, has launched a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that places people at the core of its success story. The EVP, introduced through a powerful video campaign, highlights the company’s journey of doubling its turnover from USD 2.4 billion to USD 4.7 billion in just three years—crediting its workforce as the driving force behind this growth.
The video brings to life five key EVP pillars: learning opportunities, leadership development, industry exposure, community spirit, and freedom to experiment. Through stories of real employees, from young professionals in leadership roles to women in manufacturing and tech innovators working in AI, the video showcases how these values shape the culture at Jindal Stainless.
Speaking on the launch, Abhyuday Jindal, managing director, Jindal Stainless, said, “This isn’t just about growth in numbers. It’s about the people who made it possible. Our team has turned challenges into opportunities and ideas into achievements. This video reflects our identity and vision for global leadership in stainless steel.”
The EVP campaign is not just an internal morale booster but a signal to talent across the country. With visuals from factories, offices, and community projects—including rural healthcare and national infrastructure like the Vande Bharat Express—the film positions Jindal Stainless as more than a workplace. It’s a purpose-driven community.
Sushil Baveja, chief human resources officer, added, “These are not dreams we aspire to—they’re realities we live every day. Our EVP is a promise of growth, innovation, and belonging.”
The campaign reflects a people-first vision in a fast-evolving industrial landscape.
