Acuity Knowledge Partners has appointed Narasimhan S L as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO). In this role he will lead the company’s HR, training & knowledge management (TKM), corporate services, and compliance functions. He will be based in Bengaluru.
Narasimhan will also serve as the company’s member of the executive committee to drive people and talent strategy, aligning HR policies with Acuity’s rapid growth.
His focus will include expanding the workforce, managing M&A integration, advancing technology and AI adoption, and strengthening organisational culture. He will also oversee global talent acquisition, employee engagement, and CSR initiatives.
Prior to this, he was associated with State Street as its global head-talent acquisition. In this role, he led the hiring across multiple regions from Singapore. He also led HR for State Street’s hubs in India, Poland and China. He was associated with the company for over 17 years and joined State Street in 2007.
An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Narasimhan’s expertise lies in change management, succession planning, talent management, employee engagement and performance management.
He has also worked with many renowned brands such as Bank of America, Mphasis and Satyam.

An advocate for education and wellness, Narasimhan is also a marathon runner, having completed all six World Major Marathons twice.
