Anish Philip has taken up the role of chief people officer, Vee Healthtek. He was earlier with Movate in a similar capacity.

Philip, an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Management, worked for EY as consultant for the initial year of his career journey, before joining Mindtree as general manager-people function. His association with Mindtree lasted a good 13+ years, from November of 2000 to April of 2014. As a member of the senior leadership team, he helped set up the business, sales, talent and customer- acquisition processes. He also helped put in place global HR practices there.

Philip’s next stop was Sasken, where he played head-human resources for a while before returning to Mindtree in January of 2015. Five years into this role, he moved to Marlabs as chief human resources officer.

In between, he also served as honorary secretary for NHRDN, Bangalore chapter for over two years, from 2017 to 2019.

His association with Movate began in April of 2022, where he played chief people officer for more than three and a half years.

Now, in his latest assignment at Vee Healthtek, the cutting-edge solutions provider for healthcare organisations, he will guide the organisation’s strategy for not only securing global talent but engaging them too.

Philip is looking forward to “the opportunity to shape the future of the industry” at Vee Healthtek . He hopes to be able to “set a new standard of excellence in solution delivery for our clients” by focussing on “attracting and retaining top talent”.

HRKatha wishes Anish Philip all the best in this endeavour!
