    Capgemini’s Tarunpreet Pahwa is Sr. dir. talent solutions & HR analytics

    Capgemini has elevated Tarunpreet Singh Pahwa to senior director – global strategic deals, talent solutions and HR analytics.

    He has been associated with Capgemini since September 2022 when he took up the role of global human resources business partner. For almost two years, he successfully ensured achievement of business outcomes and worked along with client stakeholders to build a robust talent brand. He was elevated to global HR analytics and talent solutions in June of 2024. Now, he has been promoted to senior director-global strategic deals, talent solutions and HR analytics.

    In this elevated position, he will be tasked with driving end-to-end talent integration strategies for global strategic deals. He will also be partnering with teams to assess workforce synergies, cultural alignment and organisational design. The role will see him championing change programmes to harmonise policies, systems and cultures across acquired entities

    Pahwa holds an MBA in HR from Punjab University and went on to complete and eMDP in Strategic Management from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.

    The initial years of his professional journey were spent at Vedanta Resources, as corporate-HR, working out of Udaipur. In 2011 he joined HDFC Bank as regional manager-HR, based out of Chandigarh.

    Three years later, he moved to EXL as HR business partner lead-travel business. Just over three years into this role, he was elevated to HR business partner, AVP-HR, in 2017. From 2021 to 2022 he served as HRBP-digital organisation.

    It was after a tenure of well over eight and a half years that he switched from EXL to Capgemini.
