Deutsche Bank has elevated Rohit Mogra to global HRBP-technology centres & corporate functions technology group. He was earlier head HR-India technology team and Pune site HR head.
Mogra has been with the Bank for over eight years now, having joined back in 2017, as as VP-HR, Jaipur site HR head.
Rohit Mogra began his professional journey as a senior officer, human resources, with Bosch, in 2000. He spent almost six years with the company, working out of Bengaluru, before moving to Jaipur, to take up the role of assistant manager-employee relations, at Genpact.
From 2007 to 2015, he was associated with Airtel. He joined as HR business partner-Airtel Rajasthan, and was elevated to head-HR, Airtel Rajasthan in 2011. Another promotion made him Head HR-Airtel Karnataka, in 2013, requiring him to move to Bengaluru.
April of 2015 saw him joining Myntra as AVP-HR, supply chain. Within ten months he was promoted to director-HR, to head HR for the logistics and customer experience function of Myntra.
It was in January of 2017 that he moved to Deutsche Bank, as vice president HR-Jaipur site HR head, returning to Jaipur. He was elevated to head HR-risk, asset management, compliance & AFC and KYC team. He was promoted to head HR-India technology team and Pune site HR head, in August of 2019. About six years into this role, Rohit Mogra has now be promoted to global HRBP-technology centres & corporate functions technology group.
In this role, Mogra, an XLRI Jamshedpur alumnus, will lead the people agenda for technology centres in Germany, India, Romania and the US. Additionally, he will serve as the HR business partner for the global CIO team for the corporate functions technology group, which leads the technology for key infrastructure functions for Deutsche Bank.
