Servotech Power Systems, a company that manufactures chargers for electric vehicles (EV) and solar solutions, has appointed Digvijay Kapoor as vice president, human resources.

An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Kapoor worked with Café Coffee Day for a short while in the initial years of his professional journey.

In 2004, he became customer service associate at E-Call International, before joining Wipro BPS in February 2005.

After spending the first eight months at Wipro as customer service representative, he served as process trainer for the next eight months. In April 2006, he was elevated to team leader-operations. By 2007, he was promoted to the position of assistant manager-talent acquisition.

For almost three years, he successfully managed the complete recruitment life-cycle by maintaining optimum hiring time-lines, looked into recruitment cost minimisation, and also handled hiring forecasting for all levels from associate to mid-level.

February of 2010 saw him joining Moolchand Healthcare as deputy manager-HR, handling talent acquisition and HR operations.

From 2011 to 2016, he was associated with ASKME.com as senior human resources manager.

His next stop was BSA Group=Facility Management and Skill Development, where he served as director-staffing and people operations for a little less than three years.

September of 2019 saw him joining Bada Business as associate VP-human resources.

Then, in 2021 came a short stint with PACTAP as vice president-human resources.

In his role at Servotech, he will oversee the human capital management function, reinforcing Servotech’s focus on cultivating talent and fostering a high-performance work culture.

Backed by 20 years of experience, Digvijay Kapoor brings extensive expertise to the organisation. Kapoor hopes to leverage “my experience to build a strong HR framework that aligns with the company’s strategic goals, fosters collaboration and empowers employees to achieve their full potential”.
