    Electrolux Group appoints Pallavi Mishra as VP HR & communications, APAC

    Mishra was the former senior director HR - Asia Pacific at Honeywell and brings almost a decade of HR experience to Electrolux.

    Electrolux Group has appointed Pallavi Mishra as vice president, HR & communications for region APAC, effective 1 September 2026. Based in Bangkok, she will join the APAC leadership team and drive the company’s strategic people and culture agenda across the region.

    Mishra announced the move on LinkedIn, calling it the next chapter in her professional journey and expressing her commitment to contributing to Electrolux’s growth in APAC.

    She joins Electrolux from Honeywell, where she spent almost a decade. Her most recent role was senior director HR – Asia Pacific from September 2023 to present, leading the end-to-end HR agenda for a region covering Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea and the Pacific. Prior to that, she was senior director human resources – ASEAN from December 2022 to August 2023, steering the people strategy for 2,800 employees across six countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

    Her Honeywell journey also includes stints as human resources director, corporate APAC from February 2021 to December 2022 for 25,000+ employees across 15 countries, and human resources director from January 2020 to February 2021 for Honeywell’s India-based global functions comprising finance, procurement and HR services. She earlier led HR for Honeywell’s Aerospace Engineering division in India from January 2017 to December 2019 covering 3,000+ employees.

    Before Honeywell, Mishra was senior manager HR at Hewlett-Packard from February 2012 to January 2017 and manager HR at HP from December 2010 to January 2012. Earlier, she served as a senior human resources specialist at Fidelity Business Services India from May 2007 to December 2010, assistant manager HR at Xerox India from January 2005 to April 2007, and human resources officer at North Delhi Power, now Tata Power, from May 2003 to December 2004.
