Ashish P has been picked for the role of global head of talent acquisition and mobility at Evalueserve. He was earlier with Marlabs as global head of talent acquisition since 2023.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Ashish P worked as a lead recruiter for Genius Consultants in the initial years of his career. He then joined New Era India as technical lead (recruitment), in February of 2006. After a year and a half, he moved to Mindteck as staff lead for well over two years.
In 2011 began a long four-year association with GlobalLogic, where he joined as manager-talent acquisition. In this role, he led the end-to-end hiring for Globallogic Bangalore, Pune and Nagpur for multiple business units. He worked with various business leaders in the organisation to understand and strategise the hiring needs across technology areas for the business units.
AXA roped him in for the role of India talent-acquisition lead-data science and analytics actuarial and leadership. During his almost five-year long stint at AXA, he helped build high-performing teams across domains, including robotics, data science, digital, actuarial and business & risk analytics.
Ashish’s next stop was Mindtree, where he joined as associate director-talent acquisition, in November of 2019. A little less than two years into this role, he was promoted to director talent acquisition (head of service line hiring for India). His tenure at Mindtree lasted three and a half years.
After a short stint with LTIMindtree, Ashish took up the role of global head of talent acquisition at Marlabs, in October of 2023.
In his latest assignment at Evalueserve, the global business consulting and services company, he will be expected to help shape future-ready global talent engines across India, APAC, MEA, Europe, the UK, North America, and Latin America. He will be seen helping diverse businesses win in competitive markets through differentiated talent strategies.
