    Flipkart gets Dhiraj Singh as director-employee relations

    Flipkart has appointed Dhiraj Singh as its new director-employee relations. Singh expressed his excitement about the assignment on LinkedIn. In this role, Singh will be expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experiences and ensuring compliance within the organisation.

    Singh, who has nearly 20 years of experience in HR and employee relations, brings extensive expertise to the e-commerce giant. His appointment marks a significant addition to Flipkart’s leadership as it focuses on strengthening employee engagement and workplace culture.

    Before joining Flipkart, Singh spent over a decade at Unilever, most recently serving as HR head-foods, refreshments and nutrition. He joined the company in the year 2014 as its assistant manager-human resources.

    His career also includes key roles at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, JUSCO and Rinac India.

    His expertise lies in industrial relations, compliance, performance management, and grievance redressal.

    An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Singh holds a post graduate diploma in personnel management, with specialisation in human resources management and personnel administration. He holds a BSc degree in Mathematics from the Marwari College, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
