    Geetika Hans appointed CHRO, VLCC

    Geetika Hans will be chief human resources officer (CHRO), VLCC, the skincare, beauty and wellness services company.
    She brings almost two decades of experience to the table, having begun her professional journey back in 2007. She started off as manager-human resources, GE Capital for over three years.

    In 2010, she switched to Accenture, as manager, management consulting-human resources. Over five years into this role, she was elevated to talent strategist manager. The next promotion made her HR business partner in 2018. She moved on from Accenture after over eight years of service, to join OYO.

    Her role at OYO was AVP-HR, international from 2019 to 2020. She was then promoted to head HR-global and corporate functions, diversity leader for a year and a half.

    July of 2021 saw her elevated to vice president& head HR product, tech and corporate functions, diversity leader. By July of 2023 she had reached the position of head HR, OYO vacation homes, tech & product and corporate.
    Hans’ next stop was MPS, where she played chief people officer from January of 2025.

    Now, as CHRO of VLCC, she will be tasked with heading the company’s people strategy, culture-building programmes and talent transformation in line with overall business goals.

    This Economics graduate went on to complete an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, in 2007.
