    Meena Kothari named head-HR, UBS

    UBS has elevated Meena Kothari as its head-human resources. Prior to this, Kothari served as the head-employee relations, UBS

    Bringing over two decades of experience in HR, she will lead the company’s HR operations across India, supporting the firm’s growth with a strong focus on talent, culture and transformation.

    Prior to joining UBS, Kothari was associated with Credit Suisse as its director, country head HR. In this role, she looked after the company’s HR operations in India. She joined the company in the year 2023.

    She has also worked with top financial institutions such as Rabobank and RBS. Her expertise lies in strategic HR, employee engagement, and organisational development.

    Kothari began her HR journey with Karvy Private Wealth and Karvy Capital as its head-HR & training in 2009. In 2012, she joined RBS as its head-HR RBS and was based in Mumbai.

    It was 2019 when she joined Rabobank as its head-HR. In this role, she spearheaded the company’s entire gamut of HR functions for India.

    Kothari holds an MBA from Middlesex University, London, England.
