National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) has appointed Anil Kumar Jadli as director – human resources, with effect from 23 August, 2024.
Jadli’s association with NTPC began way back in 1993 when he joined as an executive trainee. He steadily climbed up the ranks over time, thanks to his hard work, commitment and passion.
Having completed his post-graduation in organic chemistry from Garhwal University. Jadli went on to obtain a postgraduate diploma (PGDBM) in human resources and strategy, from the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon.
He has also received management and leadership training inputs from ESCP-EAP (Paris, Berlin and Turin).
Jadli’s long and illustrious career that spans more than three decades, encompasses both line and HR functions. After spending about ten years in the line function, he switched to the human resources function in 2004. Since the year 2004, he has had the opportunity to dabble in various facets of human resources across different projects within NTPC itself. He has, therefore, been exposed to all aspects of the function in different capacities, including that of head of HR.
The year 2020 saw him moving to corporate HR. There, he played a significant role in formulating and helping implement various HR strategies and initiatives.
AnilKumar Jadli is a strong believer of the “people before PLF” philosophy of NTPC, where PLF stands for plant load factor.
