    NTT Data Business Solutions has elevated Tirumala Reddy Koduri to executive head of people & culture, APAC, India

    NTT Data Business Solutions has elevated Tirumala Reddy Koduri to executive head of people & culture, APAC, India. She has been serving the company as vice president-people & culture, corporate communications & branding since March of 2024.
    Tirumala Reddy Koduri began her professional journey as an executive with Nipuna Services, in 2003. A year later, she moved to Akiko Sherman Infotech as senior executive in May of 2004.
    Koduri’s next stop was [24]7.ai, as senior executive, in April of 2005. A year and a half later, she switched to Monster India as assistant manager-HR.
    Her next stop was Deloitte, where she took up the role of assistant manager-talent acquisition, based out of Hyderabad, from 2007 to 2010.
    She spent eight years with FactSet Systems India, as senior manager-recruiting.
    January of 2019 saw her moving to intelligence India Software Solutions as associate director, talent acquisition.
    Two years later, she moved to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, as vice president-human resources, in 2021.
    January of 2022 was witness to Koduri taking up the role of vice president-human resources, Arete.
    It was in 2024 that she joined NTT Data Business Solutions as vice president-people and culture, corporate communications and branding.
    Backed by over two decades of experience across technology, banking, cyber, audit, financial advisory, consulting, and ITES sectors, Tirumala Reddy Koduri is known to be a meticulous, approachable, target-oriented, and responsive individual.
