    Parived Bhatnagar elevated to head-HR, EMEA, AIOC, Accenture

    Bhatnagar started his second stint with Accenture in 2022, having joined as vice president-HR

    Parived Bhatnagar has been promoted to the position of head-HR, EMEA, AIOC, Accenture. He had joined Accenture in 2022 (his second stint), as vice president-HR. Merely eight months into this role, he was elevated to head HR: financial services, finance & accounting, procurement, supply chain, health offerings. In this role, he led a team of 55 HR professionals to manage employee lifecycle for 28,000+ employees. He was also part of the HR leadership team of Accenture Operations, India & Sri Lanka and a member of the HR Leadership Council of Accenture India. December of 2023 saw him promoted to HR director: head of HR for Delhi (Gurugram, Noida, Jaipur centres) & Chennai. A year and a half later, he is heading HR for EMEA, AIOC.

    His association with Accenture actually began in 2007, as HR business partner, based out of Bengaluru. A year later, he was elevated to team manager: HRBP, which required him to move to Mumbai in 2008.

    Bhatnagar began his professional journey as a management trainee: HR, with TNT, in 2006. Within a year he became assistant manager: corporate HR. After working with Accenture for about three years, in 2010, Parived Bhatnagar took up the role of senior consultant: organisation, leadership and talent, at Panarc Consulting Group, working out of Gurugram. By 2013, he had relocated to Dubai having been elevated to principal consultant: organisation, leadership and talent.

    His next stop was Aon, as project manager: talent and performance consulting, in 2014. A year into this role, he was elevated to solutions lead: talent and performance consulting. For the next two years he successfully played the role of project director for assignments in organisation effectiveness, leadership development, talent management consulting in various sectors including manufacturing, services, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and consumer durables. From 2017 to 2018, he played national lead: organisation effectiveness consulting.

    September of 2018 saw him joining Deloitte India as director, human capital consulting.

    He served SAP for over two years, from 2019 to 2022—as director, human experience management move, Asia Pacific & Japan; sales ecosystem, India, SAP SF—before joining Accenture for a second stint, in February of 2022.

    An alumnus of Delhi School of Economics, Parived Bhatnagar is known to be a meticulous and detail-oriented professional.

      Accenture should improve the hiring system and talent acquisition team.I have been selected twice and both the time the offer got rejected by Accenture whereas I resigned in base of that offer! It’s doesn’t look good for an organization like Accenture!
