Less than two years into this role, he was elevated to HR business partner-supply chain India, based out of Mumbai. Another promotion three years later made him senior manager-compensation and benefits. From 2022 to 2024 he led talent, organisation effectiveness and HR analytics. About two years into this role he was elevated yet again to head HR- R&D, organisation effectiveness, workforce transformation and people analytics in May of 2024.
This engineering graduate had actually begun his professional journey as an analyst, India Sourcing Centre, purchasing and supply management practice, at McKinsey & company, in 2010.
