Priya Prabhu, who was director-HR, Moss Adams for almost three years,  will continue to serve as director-people, Baker Tilly US, the merged entity of Moss Adams and Baker Tilly. It is pertinent to mention here that Moss Adams and Baker Tilly merged together earlier this year. Moss Adams and Baker Tilly have joined forces to redefine accounting, tax, and advisory services for the middle market.

A commerce graduate from Mount Carmel College, Priya Prabhu completed a PGDBM in HR and marketing from TA Pai Management Institute, Manipal, in 2006. Immediately after, she began her professional journey with Infosys, as associate manager-talent acquisition. In less than three years she was elevated to lead-organisation development.

March of 2010 saw her joining Novo Nordisk as system manager. Working out of Bengaluru, for the next two years she was accountable for the overall global operation and maintenance of the recruitment system ( used in three countries). She was promoted to HR manager in 2012, and spent the next three years designing and developing the talent management programmes and organisational effectiveness interventions at the company. By April of 2015, she had risen to the position of senior manager, HR.

TE Connectivity roped in Priya Prabhu as head of talent management and OD in September 2016.

Her next stop was Eli Lilly in April 2018. She played associate director-human resources for three years before being elevated to senior associate director in 2021.

It was in September 2022 that she began heading the people function at Moss Adams India, as director-HR. Post the merger of the company with Baker Tilly US, Priya Prabhu has now been appointed director-people, Baker Tilly US, an advisory, tax and assurance firm.

Known to be an engaging HR manager with a natural flair for networking, she will continue to contribute significantly to Baker Tilly US, leading all things talent, from hire to retire. HRKatha wishes her all the best!
