After playing chief human resources officer at Tata Projects for over two years, Ritesh Pratap Singh has now moved to Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages in a similar capacity.
This alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur was associated with Coca-Cola India in the initial years of his career when he served as assistant manager from 2001 to 2003.
He was then promoted to associate manager. In 2005, he moved to Convergys where he handled regional compensation and benefits-India for almost four years.
July of 2009 saw him taking up the role of national head-rewards, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Less than four years into this role, he was elevated to associate vice president-rewards and services HR. By the time he moved on from Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, he had reached the position of HR head-SWA markets and region rewards-India and SWA operations.
Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces appointed him vice president-organisation effectiveness and development in July of 2015.
Singh’s next stop was Tata Trusts five years later, in October 2020. He headed human resources as CHRO for three years.
His association with Tata Projects began in September of 2023, when he joined as vice president-human resources. Merely four months into this role, he was promoted to chief human resources officer, in December 2023. He was part of the leadership team relentlessly pursuing the vision of delivering predictable and sustainable projects through innovation and technology.
Now he returns to Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages once again to continue to be the intense problem solver that he is known to be.
