    Rohan Gavade to head TA at Volkswagen Group Technology Solutions India

    Gavade has been associated with the internal technical delivery arm of the Volkswagen Group since 2022 and had been serving as group manager-talent acquisition for the past five months

    Rohan Gavade has been elevated to head-talent acquisition, Volkswagen Group Technology Solutions India. While his association with the company began in 2022, his most recent designation was that of group manager-talent acquisition.

    Gavade began his professional journey as associate (recruitment, RMG), Tech Mahindra. He then moved to Patni Computers as executive (HRD), recruitment (product engineering services). Over three years later, he switched to Tata Technologies, in July of 2010.

    He joined Tata Technologies as associate-human resources. Two years into this role, he was elevated to talent acquisition associate, in July of 2012. After a year, he received another promotion that put him in the chair of talent acquisition lead-APAC region. For the next four years he was involved in audit and compliance, recruitment system configuration and process improvement among other things. He became HR project lead in August 2017 and worked out of Shanghai, China for the next seven months. By August of 2017 he was playing talent-acquisition lead-APAC region.

    After a decade-long successful association with Tata Technologies, Rohan Gavade took up the role of head of talent acquisition at CompuCom.

    June of 2022 saw him begin his association with Volkswagen Group Technology Solutions India, as senior manager-talent acquisition. A little less than three years into this role he was elevated to group manager-talent acquisition.

    Now, with this latest promotion, he will be head of talent acquisition at Volkswagen Group Technology Solutions India, the strategic internal technical delivery arm of the Volkswagen Group.
