TRC Consulting, the consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Shivali Tandon as director – people & culture and member of the Board of Directors. She was earlier vice president-people and process, Success Pact Consulting.
This alumna of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow began her professional journey as senior specialist-operations, with Kassa Finvest, in 2010. She then moved to Myra Digital India as assistant manager-HR operations, from 2012 to 2013.
Her next stop was Icreon Communications as AM-HR, manager-CSR. She served the digital solutions firm for over eight years, from 2012 to 2021.
November of 2021 was witness to Shivali Tandon taking up the role of vice president-HR & OD, Clensta. Three years later, she moved to Success Pact Consulting as vice president-people and process, October of 2024.
Now, in her latest role at TRC Consulting Shivali Tandon will be tasked with steering the firm’s people and culture strategy across multiple offices and consulting practices. This encompasses driving organisational transformation, leadership development, and culture evolution aligned with TRC Corporate Consulting’s growth vision.
Tandon holds globally recognised professional certifications in diversity, equity and inclusion, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), gender sensitisation, emotional intelligence, and inclusive leadership practices, aligned with SHRM and CPD frameworks.
In her new role, she is looking forward “to shaping an empowered workforce and enabling the next phase of growth for TRC Consultation” with a focus on “nurturing a culture where collaboration, trust, and continuous learning become the foundation of how we work and grow together.”
