After a successful tenure of over five years with Arvind, Subitha Pallithara has moved to Vodafone Idea as vice president-rewards.
Pallithara began her professional journey with L’Oreal where she joined as management trainee in 2012, armed with an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development.

She served as management trainee for a year before being elevated to assistant manager-talent acquisition in July of 2013. She was part of a project at the APAC zone office in Signapore for three months. By 2015 she was promoted to manager-total rewards. After almost six years with L’Oreal, Subitha Pallithara joined DBS Bank as senior manager-rewards in June of 2018, based out of Mumbai.

Her next stop, a year later, was Arvind, where she took up the role of group head-rewards and performance, in December of 2019.
An alumna of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Pallithara is also an Aon certified long-term incentive expert.
In her latest assignment at Vodafone Idea, she will be expected to lead the rewards strategy with special focus on compensation frameworks, performance management, and employee value proposition (EVP) aimed at talent retention and engagement.

Her multi-sector experience across industries including FMCG, BFSI, manufacturing and real estate will hold her in good stead at Vodafone.

Known for driving clarity and momentum in complex environments, Pallithara will contribute her results-focused, strategic approach to help Vodafone remain a performance-driven and engaged organisation.
    All the best, Subitha!
