Trade-automation platform TeXim.in has appointed Abhishek Shrivastava as its new director and chief strategy and people officer, aiming to bolster growth as it expands AI-powered solutions for global trade. The announcement underscores the company’s focus on integrating strategy, technology, and talent under one leadership mandate.

Shrivastava’s career spans over 25 years in workforce transformation, business strategy, and AI-enabled innovation. Immediately prior to TeXim.in, he served as vice president & external talent lead – India & Sri Lanka – at Accenture from Nov 2019 to Oct 2024, managing external workforce operations worth over $100M across volume and lateral hiring. From Oct 2024, he worked as an independent consultant, advisor, and mentor in AI, HR tech, and workforce transformation, guiding enterprises and GCCs on AI adoption and digital HR.

Earlier, he led global P&L as global head of the staffing business at 3i Infotech, part of ICICI Group, from Sep 2013 to Nov 2017. There he built and ran staffing and TA operations across the US, Europe, MEA, and APAC. His foundation includes a nearly eight-year tenure at ManpowerGroup India as associate director – global accounts from 2005 to 2013, handling CXO relationships and global service delivery.

At TeXim.in, Abhishek Shrivastava will drive strategic growth and the people’s agenda, aligning business priorities with talent strategies to scale the platform. His appointment reflects the company’s commitment to delivering smarter, efficient trade solutions for Indian exporters and importers by combining leadership, AI, and organisational design.

We at HRKatha wish him all the best for the new chapter!
