    Highest salary offer of Rs 78 lakhs made at SPJ Global

    The average salary offered was Rs 78 lakhs and Rs 36.2 lakhs for the Global MBA and Master of Global Business programmes respectively

    Students of the Global MBA (GMBA) and Master of Global Business (MGB) programmes Class of 2024, at S P Jain School of Global Management (S P Jain Global), were offered record salary packages by employers. The GMBA programme designed for professionals with at least two years of work experience saw 71 per cent of the graduates bagging international offers.

    As per the placement report of the business school, the highest salary offered for the GMBA programme was Rs 78 lakhs, while the average salary was Rs 36.2 lakhs. This is an increase of four times in just a year.

    The MGB programme is crafted for fresh graduates and early-career professionals, where the post-programme earning increased five times, with Rs 38 lakhs being the highest salary offered and Rs 20.5 lakhs being the average salary offered.

    Some of the big recruiters who picked talent from the batch were KPMG, Redington Gulf, Schneider Electric, Philips Health, Landmark Group, Deloitte, DHL, Aurionpro, Artefact, Aster DM Healthcare, Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages, Bahwan Cybertek, BPG Group, BSH Group of Companies, Cedar Consulting, Cheil, Dabur, DP World, DSV, Emirates NBD, Equalithium, ESAG, GEP, Grant Thornton, Hilti, Kantar, Kitopi, LVMH, Mazars, MGI Luxury, ODEX, Protiviti, Redington Gulf, Rivoli Group, SAP, Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Puma, Stanley Black & Decker, Synfindo, and Unimas Consulting. The maximum offers (46 per cent of the total) came from the technology, consulting, and finance sectors.
