Debashish Ghosh has taken up the role of SVP and head of people function for India and the Philippines at Access Healthcare, a global healthcare-management firm.
Founder and CEO of Talbha, an HR consulting firm, Debashish Ghosh comes with over two decades of experience.
He spent the initial two and a half years of his career as a guest-relations assistant at Dolphin Hotel, Visakhapatnam, from 1998 to 2001. Then, in April 2001, he joined GE as a management trainee, working out of Hyderabad for over four years.
From July 2005 to September 2017, he was associated with Genpact as AVP and HRBP lead.
After a successful 12-year stint with Genpact he moved to Berkadia as SVP and India HR head, in October of 2017. After seven years and eight months, he founded Talbha, an ?? ?????????? ???? specialising in o?????s????? d?????????? and c????????? d??????????.
Now, in his latest assignment at Access Healthcare, Debashish Ghosh will be expected to drive strategic people initiatives across India and the Philippines, with focus on strengthening organisational culture and leadership capability.
An executive alumnus of IIM Calcutta and a Marshall Goldsmith certified executive coach, Ghosh holds an HR Certification from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a certified practitioner of multiple behavioural and personality-assessment tools.
As a LinkedIn influencer, HR thought leader, speaker, and mentor, Ghosh has been contributing actively to the future of work and the HR fraternity.
