Board Infinity, the Indian higher education platform for students and early career professionals, is gearing up to expand its workforce by 2,000 over a period of six months. The startup is looking out for freshers and young professionals with expertise in technology, digital marketing, operations, sales and other functions.
The platform aims to expand the number of paid subscribers to three lakh learners by the end of next year, that is, 2022. Over the last two years, the platform has managed to positively impact over 20,000 careers.
Sumesh Nair, co-founder & CEO, Board Infinity, shares that this year, the platform plans to focus on preparing job-ready candidates in fast-growing cities such as Malappuram, Nashik, Rajkot, Aurangabad, Trichy, Ludhiana, Vadodara”.
The Company has posted a gross annual revenue run rate of Rs 35 crore, “and looks to exit this financial year with more than 70 crores run rate.”
Over the last 10 months, Board Infinity has grown 460 per cent owing to its skilling programmes, personalised coaching and high rate of placement. Its students have managed to bag jobs in big companies, including HCL, Tech Mahindra, Genpact, Accenture, Capgemini, Wipro, Ugam Solutions, Lenskart, Quantiphi, Math Company and Rebel Foods. Its tie-ups with IIM Nagpur, XLRI Jamshedpur, IIM Sambalpur, Shiv Nadar University, Lovely Professional University, and about 30 other upcoming universities has ensured that quality career coaching and interview preparation programmes are offered to students.
The Company offers solutions to all early-career needs on a single platform. It also helps students with career transition, placements, preparation for campus interviews among other things. It connects job-seeking students with industry experts for adequate mentoring, guidance and focused learning. Over 1,500 industry experts are part of its panel of coaches. Not surprisingly, Board Infinity has hosted over 10,000 guidance sessions in the last one year.
