Conneqt, a digital IT & BPM services firm has decided to elevate its people-first strategy by appointing Nikki as chief listening officer. Who is Nikki you are wondering? She is not a lady but an AI-driven employee experience platform, which will ensure real-time sentiment analysis and personalised experiences for Conneqt’s 50,000-strong workforce across over 23 delivery centres in India.

The AI-powered listening partner will offer proactive recommendations for engagement enabling Conneqt to craft personalised experiences that drive professional growth, wellbeing, and long-term employee satisfaction. Conneqt will also leverage Nikki’s predictive analytics for data-driven HR decision-making, to establish itself as a best-in-class employer.

Conneqt has decided to rely on AI-driven insights provided by Nikki to uphold its commitment to creating a culture of engagement, productivity and learning. With such a large workforce, Conneqt realises that satisfaction and retention can only be ensured through real-time sentiment analysis and personalised employee experiences.

Following a people-first strategy for such a globally-distributed workforce is fraught with challenges. Conneqt hopes this cutting-edge HR tech solution will be able to provide well-being insights, increase productivity and job satisfaction, and also enable proactive intervention for improved retention. The objective is to ensure that each member of the team is heard, valued, and empowered, with AI-driven analytics enabling data-driven timely HR decision-making.

According to Ruchi Ahluwalia, group CPO, Conneqt, “By integrating AI technology with human understanding” the employment of Nikki is “a step forward in creating an employee-first culture”, as “it allows us to enhance productivity” and ensure that success is enjoyed by “both, our teams and the organisation.”
