After a long and successful stint with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where his last-held designation was deputy HR head, US, Antony Dinesh has moved to LTIMindtree. He will be heading HR for the Americas at the global technology consulting and digital solutions company, based out of New Jersey.

This commerce graduate with an MSW in Human Resource Management from Sacred Heart College, began his professional journey with HCL, as a human resource executive, in 2000.

He moved to Prasad Corporation two years later, as manager-human resources, in 2002.

In April of 2006 began his long association with TCS. He entered the organisation as head-talent acquisition, Chennai. Five years into this role, he was elevated to head-HR, TCS, Africa. For the next five and a half years he worked out of Johannesburg, South Africa. A promotion in 2016 made him cluster HR head-life sciences, healthcare, public services and energy resources.

March of 2020 saw him getting elevated to the role of regional HR head-US Pacific region. After working out of California for almost two and a half years, he moved to New Jersey as deputy HR head, USA.

In his latest assignment at LTIMindtree, Antony Dinesh will spearhead the people function across the US, Canada, and LATAM, ensuring alignment with overall HR strategies. He will also help develop and implement employee-engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

HRKatha wishes Antony Dinesh all the best as he focuses on overseeing HR operations, and optimising processes to enhance efficiency and support business objectives.
