Chauncey Hill has been elevated to director-talent mobility solutions, Google. Till now he was serving as director-performance management and development. He had joined Google in 2018, as director, people partner lead (global partnerships).
Hill’s tryst with human resources began in 2004, when he handled the function at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre for two years. He then moved to Scoop NYC as HR generalist, HQ and retail for two years. From 2008 to 2011, he was HR manager, BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP. Three years later he switched to Michael Kors as director-human resources, in 2011.
He was associated with Valentino, as director-human resources, North America for a year before he took up the role of senior manager, HRBP (global sales, marketing, and service), Tesla.
It was in September 2018 that he moved to Google, where he joined as director, people partner lead (global partnerships) to lead a global team of HR practitioners focused on Google’s partnerships businesses. Five years into this role, he was elevated to director, performance management and development.
On his latest elevation, Chauncey Hill posts on LinkedIn, “ I’ve always believed in the power of potential – seeing it in an individual, helping them find their unique path to impact, and then watching them soar. To now design products and processes that enable this at Google’s scale? That’s a true privilege”.
