Datta Power Infra, an Indian infrastructure and renewable energy company, has appointed Kirti Raj Manucha as its new head-human resources. The appointment, effective April 2025, signals a strong intent by the company to align its growing operations with a robust, future-ready people strategy.
With nearly three decades of experience spanning diverse industries, Manucha steps into the role with a mandate to lead the company’s human capital transformation. Her responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, leadership development, talent strategy, and driving digital transformation across HR processes. The focus is on building agile teams, promoting a performance-driven culture, and strengthening the company’s capacity to scale effectively.
Before joining Datta Infra, Manucha served as CHRO at Brinks India and held senior HR positions across leading organisations including Greenko Group, FedEx, adidas, Religare Enterprises and HCL.
Her career spans multiple sectors such as renewable energy, retail, e-commerce, IT/ITES, and logistics. Known for leading large-scale cultural transformations and enhancing employer branding, she has managed complex HR operations for companies with workforces exceeding 6,000 employees, including a significant base of contractual staff.
