    Kotak Life has appointed Rishi Tiwari as its new senior vice president-human resources. Based in Mumbai, he will spearhead the company’s HR functions including human capital management, talent acquisition, talent management and strategy.

    With over 18 years of experience in IT, hospitality and BFSI sectors, his expertise lies in HR strategy, leadership development, HR transformation, HR business partnership and talent management.

    Furthermore, he has worked with other renowned brands such as Max Life Insurance, Hilton, Hyatt Hotels, The Lalit and REA India.

    He is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore.
