    Sekhmet Pharmaventures has appointed Nivedita Agrawal as its senior director-human resources. Bringing two decades of rich experience, Agrawal moves to this role from her previous position as general manager-HR, Freyr Energy Services.

    She joined Freyr Energy in the year 2018 as deputy general manager-HR.

    At Sekhmet Agrawal will lead the charge in developing and implementing innovative talent strategies that align with the business objectives. Her goals include cultivating high-performing teams, fostering leadership, and nurturing a workplace culture that underscores excellence, positioning Sekhmet Pharmaventures as a top employer in the industry.

    With a career spanning over a decade, Agrawal has worked with many renowned companies such as TVS Motor, Infosys and Oracle.

    Agrawal began her career as a management trainee with TVS Motor in the year 2003. Later, in 2004, she joined the company as its HR executive.

    A year later, Agrawal moved to Infosys as its HR executive & business partner HR. In this role, she was responsible for employee- engagement initiatives and driving HR interventions for a unit of about 1000 employees. Her expertise also spanned across areas recruitment, inductions, training, performance management, immigration and visa processing.

    After Infosys, her next stop was Oracle. She joined the company in the year 2008 as its manager-HR. In this role, she led the company’s entire HR strategy and policy formulation to support organisational growth and performance. Agrawal expressed her enthusiasm for the new role on LinkedIn, saying, “This marks the beginning of a new phase in my professional journey—one that offers an incredible opportunity to create meaningful impact in a dynamic and transformative industry.”

    With a strong commitment to embracing challenges and driving impactful outcomes, Agrawal’s appointment signals a strategic move for Sekhmet Pharmaventures as it continues its journey of growth and innovation.
