UST, a global digital- transformation solutions company, has inaugurated a new office facility in North Bengaluru. The new office has been strategically established to benefit employees residing in the northern part of the city.

Located in the MSR North Tower near Manyata Tech Park, the office adds over 300 seats to UST’s existing infrastructure in the city. This is UST’s fourth facility in Bengaluru, complementing its other offices at Prestige Shantiniketan, ITPB, and Helios Business Park.

With its location just 100 meters from key public transport routes, the facility ensures ease of commute. It also features amenities such as a crèche and a café, enhancing daily convenience for employees and promoting a better work-life balance.

On this occasion, Kirankumar Doreswamy, vice president and centre head, Bengaluru, said, “The inauguration of the new facility marks a significant milestone for Bengaluru’s contribution to UST’s continued growth in India.

With satellite offices across key tech hubs in the city, we aim to provide our employees with convenient workspaces closer to their homes, reducing commute fatigue and enabling them to focus more on innovation and productivity. This expansion reinforces the company’s dedication to fostering a dynamic and employee-centric work environment while continuing to deliver high-value solutions for our customers.

Bengaluru, where UST began operations in 2012, has become the company’s second-largest delivery centre globally. It currently employs more than 6,500 professionals in the city, serving clients across sectors such as semiconductors, healthcare, BFSI, technology, retail, logistics, and hi-tech.

The company is actively expanding its presence across India. In March 2025, UST opened a 1,000-seater office in Pune, aiming to generate 6,000 jobs over the next five years. In 2023, UST unveiled a second Bengaluru office and a Design Experience Centre. It also laid the foundation for a new campus in Kochi, targeting 3,000 new jobs over five years.

UST’s growth strategy is focused on improving employee access, creating future-ready workspaces, and driving innovation. With its headquarters in California and India operations headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram, the company now operates in major cities including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, and Hosur—employing over 20,000 people across India.
