Allcargo Gati has elevated Narayanam Sesha Srikanth to head-HR for Gati Express & Supply Chain, effective 3 January, 2025.
Srikanth has been a key member of Allcargo Gati since August 2016. He joined the company as its VP-HR and was responsible for driving people practices, employee productivity and cost, cultural change for on-role and off-role employees.
With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, business partnerships, and change management, he brings extensive expertise to his new position. His professional background includes roles at leading organisations such as Genpact, Infosys, Cognizant, and Matrimony.com.
Srikanth began his professional journey with Genpact in the year 2001. He joined the company as its HR manager and served in the role for nine years. In 2010, he was elevated to the role of senior manager-HR. In this role, he was responsible for driving people practices such as performance, retention, career, and leadership development – management.
His next stop was Infosys where he joined as the DC HR-employee relations, in the year 2011. In the year 2012, Srikanth moved to Cognizant as senior manager-human resources. In this role, he served as the talent management lead for one of the business units in the BFS Vertical.
Ketan Kulkarni, managing director, Gati Express and Supply Chain, expressed confidence in Srikanth’s leadership. He stated, “Srikanth’s deep understanding of HR dynamics and his expertise in onboarding, training, and retention will be instrumental in strengthening our operations.
