His next stop was Godfrey Phillips, where he served as chief operating officer for three years before joining Jumbo Electronics as general manager and country head-India, in 2007.

His association with Samsung began in 2010, as vice president and head of sales-mobile handsets, India. By the time he left Samsung six years later, he had become global senior director-home appliances division, South Korea.

January of 2016 saw him joining LeEco as chief operating officer, working out of Beijing, China for almost a year and a half.

For four years, from 2017 to 2021, he served as part-time chairman, Indian Fan Manufacturers’ Association-CII body, Confederation of Indian Industry.

He played executive VP and business head, Orient Electric, for six years, from 2017 to 2023.

Atul Jain has been an angel investor for over eight years now.

With a commitment to upholding Aptech’s legacy of excellence, he will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand and outreach strategies, while cultivating a culture of integrity and creativity. Jain will also oversee the alignment of Aptech’s operations with its mission and values, ensuring growth and success.

Jain feels “Leading Aptech at this critical juncture is both a privilege and a great responsibility.” He looks forward to focussing on “empowering our teams, fostering collaboration, and leading the charge towards operational excellence.” He hopes to work with the team to “continue to innovate, adapt, and deliver exceptional value to all our stakeholders, ensuring Aptech not only meets its goals but defines the future of the industry.”
