    Kartik Rishi has taken on the role of global head of consulting-digitial business services, HSBC.

    Backed by over two decades of experience, Kartik Rishi was earlier serving as partner, PwC India.

    His professional journey began as team leader, with Genpact, in July of 1999. Three years later, he joined Randstad as senior consultant, working out of New Delhi and London till October 2007.

    November of 2007 was witness to Rishi joining Mercer as consultant, global mobility, for a short stint of over a year.

    Rishi’s next stop was Ranbaxy, as senior manager-global reward management. A year later, he moved to Aon Hewitt, as solution leader-expatriate compensation and industry leader-pharmaceutical. Among other responsibilities, he managed client acquisition, project deliveries and pan-India financials for the pharmaceutical sector in the area of rewards, for over three years.

    March of 2013 saw Kartik Rishi taking on the role of head-expatriate compensation and DGM- total rewards and organisation effectiveness., at Bharti Airtel. For the next year and three months, he managed all aspects of expatriate compensation across 22 countries and led the transformation of the global mobility programme.

    In 2015, he was appointed director, leadership and assessment practice lead-West India, Aon for over four years.

    July of 2019 was witness to Rishi being appointed director-talent advisory and India leader-culture and engagement, Kincentric. Almost three years later, he moved to PwC as partner, in May 2022.

    An alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Kartik Rishi is known to be an expert in the area of employee mobility.
