    Manju Kohli starts new role as CHRO, Relaxo Footwears

    Kohli was earlier with Terviva where she was senior vice president-people and culture

    Relaxo Footwears has roped in Manju Kohli for the role of chief human resources officer (CHRO). She brings over two decades of rich experience to the table.

    Manju Kohli began her professional journey as assistant manager-human resources, with ITC in 1999. Four years later, she moved to Oracle Financial Services Software as general manager, human resources. Three years later, she joined Actis, as head of HR shared services, in 2006.

    Kohli’s next stop was Carlsberg Group where she headed human resources and industrial relations for two years.
    HT Media appointed her chief people officer-digital media and mobile solutions in 2008. In 2013 she switched to Pearson where she played vice president-human resources, India and Chicago.

    From 2017 to 2023, Manju Kohli served as chief human resources officer, UWC South East Asia. In this role, she worked out of Singapore for six years before returning to India to join Terviva as senior vice president-people and culture, in May of 2024.

    Specialising in end-to-end HR transformation, redesigning operating models, implementing HR tech, and building capability across sectors including tech, media, education, agri-tech and manufacturing are her forte.

    Those who have worked with Kohli know her as an energetic, confident and thorough HR professional.
