After a successful tenure of almost five years with PepsiCo, Pragya Singh has taken up the role of director- people partner at McDonald’s.
Singh is an alumna of Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development. She worked with Deloitte Consulting India as senior analyst-talent delivery, from 2007 to 2010. She then moved to KPMG as assistant manager, in 2011 for a period of four years.
April of 2015 saw her taking up the role of senior manager, Bank of America, working out of Hyderabad. Two years into this role, she moved to Wells Fargo, as HR business partner, in 2017.
It was in June of 2020 that Pragya Singh began her association with PepsiCo, as deputy director. She also led diversity, equity and inclusion there for a little less than two years before being elevated to the position of associate director.
As a dynamic HR leader with experience in driving end-to-end talent strategies, Pragya Singh has led organisational change across diverse, complex workforces spread across multiple geographies. She has proven expertise in leading HR for over 3300 employees and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business goals. Singh has been recognised for leadership in DE&I, talent retention and capability building.
Having contributed to major organisational transformations and high-impact projects, Singh is passionate about cultivating a thriving workplace culture, fostering engagement and embedding organisational values that inspire and empower teams to excel.
