Medi Assist has promoted Neha Kapoor to the role of assistant vice president – talent acquisition. She will now head the talent acquisition function, focusing on recruitment strategy, leadership hiring, and building teams to support the company’s next phase of growth.

With a career spanning over 15 years in HR and talent acquisition, Kapoor has worked across healthcare, healthtech, and retail sectors. Her experience covers workforce planning, executive search, stakeholder management, and driving HR transformation.

Immediately prior to this elevation, Neha Kapoor served as senior manager – talent acquisition at Medi Assist from April 2023 to December 2025. In that role she managed hiring across levels and strengthened the company’s recruitment processes.

Kapoor’s professional journey began at Walmart as an executive – HR, where she worked from December 2011 to December 2012. She then joined Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services in Noida. There she progressed from senior executive – HR in 2013 to assistant manager – HR between January 2014 and May 2016, leading PAN-India recruitment and manpower allocation.

In May 2016 she moved to Columbia Asia Hospitals as assistant manager – talent acquisition, staying for 3 years and 5 months till September 2019. She then spent two years and eight months at Narayana Health as manager – talent acquisition, overseeing end-to-end hiring for IT and non-IT roles.

Following a nine-month stint as senior manager at PharmEasy from May 2022 to January 2023, she returned to Medi Assist. Since taking over as AVP in January 2026, Kapoor has been tasked with scaling the talent programmes and attracting top talent across the organisation.
