Over a year and a half later, she moved to Ikya Human Capital Solutions in a similar role. May of 2015 saw her joining Capgemini as human resources consultant.

At Capgemini she spent over two and a half years handling technology hiring, based out of Mumbai.

Her next stop was the Options Group, where she joined as recruiter BFSI, in November 2017. For over three years she specialised in finance and technology CXO searches, as part of the BFSI leadership hiring team of this executive search firm, headquartered in New York.

April of 2021 was witness to Neha Thakker taking on the role of deputy vice president-talent acquisition, Kotak Mahindra Bank. Till August of 2023, she successfully led corporate function hiring for risk and finance across India.

It was in August 2023 that Thakker moved to EAAA Alternatives to lead talent acquisition, employer branding and campus hiring for this alternative asset-management firm.
