After serving as CHRO at Jubilant Pharmova for close to three years, Rohini Seth has now moved to Alcott Global, a supply chain executive-search platform, as its new managing director (MD). In this role, Seth will shape the company’s canvas in South Asia, making the platform more customer and candidate centric, credible and authentic.

Prior to this, Seth was associated with Diageo India, the alcoholic beverages company, in a global role, as the HR director, ISC. Before that, Seth was the head-national HR operations, Diageo India.

Seth comes with an experience of 24 years in HR and has worked across various sectors. She joined Diageo in 2015 and transformed the organisation and its people agenda of demand and supply in India.
